This faucet is fantastic. I use it with the flow handle facing forwards and not on the side. The nozzle is great, hand friendly, and slips into "spray" mode very easily. We are buying another for a different home.

Patton U2-1803-UC 18-Inch Velocity Air Circulator Review

Over the last 15-20 years I have owned three 18" Patton fans. My old one was Model# U2-1887 and it was made by Patton before Patton got bought out by the Holmes Group. I have owned a couple Holmes fans and I see them all the time in the stores. Holmes has specialized in the production of crappy plastic fans for years and when I heard they had bought out Patton I expected the worst and sure as shootin' this fan is crappy.
The 1803 is a lightweight version of the 1887. The grill is made of thinner steel. The stand which used to be one solid piece is now two crappy pieces that fit together poorly and leave the fan a little wobbly. The fan blade is poorly balanced so the fan has a decided bounce to it and tends to be noisy. The motor which previously was made in the USA and had a very industrial look about it has been replaced with a cheap Chinese motor with a much smaller shaft. Everything about the fan says: "Is there anything we can do to make this fan cheaper?"
Patton fans used to be pretty rugged. They weren't perfect. The blades had a tendency to crack and the collar that secured them to the motor shaft had a habit of working loose from the blades. I got around that by purchasing an 18" fan blade from an industrial supply house along with a 1/2" shaft collar. This last one, the motor seized up though. After I realized how crappy this new one was, I tried to repair the old one. What I discovered was that the motor on the 1887 can be lubricated. There is a little lip on the back of the motor that allows you to oil the bearing housing. There is a second one on the front of the motor, but you have to disassemble the unit some to get to that one. In my case, the motor apparently burned up when it seized, but if yours is still trying to turn but can't get going, turn it off and try a few drops of WD40 in the rear bearing housing. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. If you have to buy a new fan, I don't know who is making good fans, but I can tell you that Patton sure isn't.

Danco 9D00080044 Universal Decorative Tub Spout, Chrome Review

The spout is plastic and will deform with the slightest over-tightening. The spout is not square when fit, due to the cheap plastic, leaving a 1/4" gap at the bottom while flush on the top.
This is not a quality spout for a home.

Waterpik TRS-553 Elements 5-Mode Handheld Shower, Chrome Review

Waterpik TRS-553 Elements 5-Mode Handheld Shower, Chrome

I bought this showerhead to go in our new condo that we recently purchased. The showerheads that were previously installed were not exactly "the newest" showerheads available. I bought this showerhead mainly because of the price and hand held capabilities. We love this showerhead so much that I decided to purchase another for the guest bathroom. You will not be disappointed in the pressure (we have low water pressure in our condo). Although, do keep in mind that the entire showerhead is plastic, including the hose, the head, and the attachment.
