A diagram is provided upon request but is not included with the product. I suggest you request it when you make the purchase rather than wait for the e-mail response days after receiving the product in the mail. I am sure you plumbers out there can figure it out without it as did I, eventually. For those of us who don't do this for a living, a picture is worth 1,000 words.

Upscale design faucet an elegant long reach solid brass water filter, RO faucet features a smooth quarter turn handle with a ceramic seat for a lifetime of service. A 1/2" hole is all that is needed for the faucet stud (all series), but a cover plate is included to accommodate larger pre-drilled holes. It is 8.75" tall and has a swivel spout with a reach of 5.5". For 1/4" tubing.Faucet color: Brushed Nickel. (Note:Not to be used with RO systems that require an Airgap faucet which has three connections on bottom of faucet).

(More customer reviews)The handles are flimsy. It would be easy to over torque them and break them if you are rough on things this is not for you. It would be better if this product had the clear plastic knobs instead of the handles because it would be harder to generate as much torque. That being said the price was right.

(More customer reviews)I brought this item because it looks so good & it's cheap. When you get it it'll be very very light(the box that is) you'll think they sent the wrong item. It comes with simple instructions. All you need is an adjustable wrench and optionally a Hammer & a Flat head screw driver for when you have to tighten the Faucet to the sink.
This item is made of PLASTIC...all of it. So you get what you paid for. But it's a very good design & has a limited Lifetime Warranty if anything breaks with normal use. For some reason the Water knobs have alittle play(you can rock them), Also be sure to tighten everything as much as you can...the neck & spout can get loose over time if it's just "handtight".

Hose has clear plastic around to protect inner metal which prevents soap scum residue. MONEY WELL SPENT!! I would pay full price for this product if I ever have to replace this and couldn't find it on here.
