(More customer reviews)the local hardware box store carries the same brand but did not have the 4 swich piece. Amazon just started carrying it, and I ordered one knowing what a cool cover this would be to match the rest of our recepticals. the outer edge is painted black and the screw holes are counter sunk for a finished look. my only complaint is the supplied screws are very short- and do not allow for any error by the electrician or drywaller. I had to use a third party screw for installation.
