(More customer reviews)This piece is much more beautiful than the pictures show. Installed easily, functions as expected. A very "solid" feeling faucet. (this is not plastic)
It looks like it would have come on the tub when new. I paired this with a backless shower chair, added curtain surround, and my elderly father is able to get in and out. (I also added the 16" grab bar to the wall beside the tub) He could not get up and down in the tub, so this saved a huge bathroom redo. The shower hose is long enough that I can wash my hair while standing, so it's very versatile. It seemed expensive at first, but I did my homework and priced similar faucets at big chain stores. It came on time, packaged very well. I am very happy with this purchase.

Turned the water off, loosend and removed the nuts to the hot and cold water on the old unit. The new unit slipped right in. Tightened nuts down, turned water back on. Perfect fit and no leaks.
