(More customer reviews)I just received my drilless slide bar shower within the last hour and I am already preparing it for return. I am very disappointed in the quality. The majority of the parts are plastic and not what I expected from Price Pfister. I have ordered other items from Price Pfister and have been very satisfied with the quality. In addition, all pictures for this product show a trim kit. Although, I knew that it was unlikely this would be included I believe its misleading to have the picture of the trim kit in the picture.

(More customer reviews)This item cost $75 but I would be surprised if it cost more than $5 to manufacture. It's the cheapest piece of junk I've laid eyes on in a long time. You had better use plenty of Teflon tape or it will leak at every cheap plastic joint. Beware of cross-threading the cheap plastic threads. Use too much force and you will break the cheap plastic components. I gave it one star because the guide rail is metal but the rest of it is one big disappointment (what a rip-off). Everything else that I have purchased from Amazon has been great and their customer service is the best. This item had no reviews and I took a chance and I got burned.
