(More customer reviews)I got this faucet about two months ago to replace a similar style Price-Pfister. It started leaking within the first four weeks. My plumber said the leak was internal. Customer support sent me a new valve assembly. My plumber found that the part sent did not match the valve assembly I had. He said the faucet was poorly designed, thought it was likely to have continual leak problems, and recommended getting a new faucet from a different manufacturer. He pointed out that I was spending far more in plumbing charges than a new faucet would cost, not to mention the hassle of dealing with a leaky faucet and poor mail order warranty service.
I emailed a picture of the two side-by-side and Elements of design sent me a new valve assembly, cartridges and handles. So now I've got three valve assemblies and two sets of handles.
I decided to take my plumber's advice and after 30 minutes search on the internet found a similar style from the same manufacturer of my old faucet (Price-Pfister model 48-B0XC). I've ordered that. The Elements of Design is going into the scrap metal bin at the town dump.
