(More customer reviews)We bought this faucet about 4 years ago. Still works like it did when it was new. We just replaced out counter tops, and when I put the faucet back in with out the base, it seemed to leak at the bottom. Not very bad, in fact I'm not even sure if it's leaking or just people being sloppy. Anyway, I called Moen about either a warranty I might have on file or where to get parts, and with out any hassle at all, he had replacement parts shipped out at no cost to me. Wow! That's awesome. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes tops with someone I could even understand. I will be buying Moen part for the rest of my life.
