(More customer reviews)I purchased this to use in an existing shower as an update. I wanted to match new faucets, though I purchased Kohler Taboret faucets first. I did not like the Taboret trim for the shower with the plastic around it and exposed mounting screws, and chose this Purist one that had a similar handle. It is clean and I love the handle. When it was installed we noticed that the sleeve (cylindrical) just under where the handle is attached is free to slide a little, so that part seemed odd though you don't notice if you keep the sleeve as close to the handle as possible, leaving no gap. The way it is attached to the valve is very nice with no exposed screws on the outside which is very clean and nice looking. I am very happy with this valve trim in polished chrome, and it works just as it should. If you look at it (photos) in the other finishes that are not polished, and not the polished chrome which is so reflective in the photos, you can see it more for what it actually is. The reflections on the polished surface in the photos give illusions of things in the chrome that are actually not there, otherwise.
