(More customer reviews)This basket works great - IF you have the right kind of surface to stick it to! You need a completely smooth, even surface for this to stick. I had planned to stick it in one corner of my plastic shower enclosure. When I got it, though, it wouldn't stay up! Turns out that because the plastic was matte and not perfectly smooth, the suction cups couldn't create a perfect seal. Luckily, I realized that it would stick to the sliding glass door of the shower.
On the right surface it works like a dream. We have two peoples' toiletries in it - no problems holding up all of those bottles. It has one hook for a loofah, which is nice. The baskets are far enough apart to fit standard American bottles of shampoo easily in the bottom basket. Installation really is extremely easy! Also, the wire basket is actually coated in clear plastic. For one thing, this makes it quiet (no jangling metal every time you set something down in a basket). Even better, though, this seems like it should prevent rust, so I am not worried about the fact that I had to install it in a corner close to the shower head.
Bottom line: great product, as long as you have the right place to put it! Smooth glass and tile are A-OK, as long as you have big enough tiles spaced appropriately. If you have small detailed tile with lots of grout getting in the way, this won't work. Perfectly smooth plastic might work, but if the plastic is not shiny and smooth, there's no chance.
