(More customer reviews)I ordered this faucet and it was bad. Of course I still had to pay the plumber to install it before learning it was defective. Plumber told me what part to have them replace. Delta insisted I didn't need the whole assembly that the plumber requested and sent me what they thought I needed. Plumber tried to make it work with new part, but it was not enough. We did need the whole assembly as he had said. Paid plumber again. Faucet still broken. Delta finally sent whole new assembly. Now it's fixed but it cost me hundreds extra in plumbing bills. I complained to Delta and they laid out a process by which I could complain which required a huge amount of work and further expense sending back parts and paperwork. They assured me it would do no good and that I would not receive a refund.
Do not buy anything from Delta. It's crap and they're customer service sucks.
