(More customer reviews)My plumber told me NOT to get a faucet from Home Depot because they are always missing pieces and the quality is a little lower. I went to a kitchen and bathroom dealer and the price was so high-once again I had under estimated the price to renovate our bathroom! I found the same piece on Amazon for $50 less and I was so excited to save all that $. When the plumber went to install this, it was missing a piece and I got blamed for buying something online which in the plumber's eyes was the same as buying from Home Depot. So my husband had to go to Lowe's to get the missing piece. Now I'm not sure if it was supposed to be in the box or if it comes in the box from plumbing supply place, but I was in trouble!
Another lesson learned-I chose oil rubbed bronze and it was a big mistake! That color is only for Delta-if you go to other brand names the color is called something different and may not be the exact same. There is also a charge for this special order color and it's not always in stock. Finding accessories like a shower caddy and toilet paper holder is turning out to be a big expensive hassle too!
