(More customer reviews)I bought the towel bar and my contractor discarded the o-ring to try to get the towel bar to screw tightly to my sheet rock. When that didn't work, I called Danze to order a new o-ring. (It's a narrow ring that is at the base of the bar where it screws to the wall). They don't sell replacement parts and told me I'd have to order a whole new bar! I ordered a new bar from Amazon and one of the rings was missing!!! My guess is (a) someone else was missing that little ring and ordered a new bar to steal the ring since Danze won't supply them or (b) since the celophane wrap on cover was punched open, the ring may have fallen out. I re-ordered the bar and again the celophane was punched open and one of the rings was missing. HOwever this time I searched the box and found the missing ring. Can't see any reason that this bar is manufactured with this piece separate from the bar and why they don't offer this piece to consumers. Also, my first bar came to be warped and not level. I have other Danze products that look nice but important components are PLASTIC. Looks nice but not the best quality.
